Warranty Policy

At Ironway, we build our watches to withstand the harshest environments — because we know our customers demand gear they can rely on. That’s why every Ironway timepiece is backed by our 2-Year International Warranty.

What’s Covered

Your Ironway watch is covered for 2 years (24 months) from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in:

  • Movement

  • Hands

  • Dial

  • Crown and pushers

  • Day-Date functionality

If your watch shows signs of any of the above issues within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on the case, crystal, or strap)

  • Battery replacement

  • Water damage due to misuse or failure to close the crown

  • Accidental damage or misuse (drops, impacts, exposure to chemicals)

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications: If your watch has been serviced by a third party not authorized by Ironway, the warranty is void.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim, please email our support team at ironwaywatchstraos@gmail.com and include:

  • Proof of purchase including your order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

We’ll get back to you within 48 hours with further instructions. If a repair is approved, we will provide the necessary steps to handle the service.

No matter where your adventures take you, you’re covered. We ship replacement parts or repaired watches worldwide — fast and securely.
